Our 500-foot stretch of secluded sand has an ocean-front picnic gazebo, a boating area perfect for small sailboats and access to pristine waters that average 70-degrees during summer. To keep guests entertained out of the water, our family-friendly grounds feature a colorful playground structure, a basketball court, a miniature golf course, a bocce ball court and a clubhouse with a billiards table.

Located at 290 Glen Charlie Road in East Wareham , Massachusetts, Maple Park Cape Cod is centrally located before the bridges and Cape Cod traffic. Maple park Camping Resort features 600 campsites on 600 acres of beautiful woodlands, many overlooking our swimming and fishing ponds or cranberry bogs.

For your security and piece of mind, the only public entrance to the Resort is through our main 24 Hour Security Gate. We have an electric gate operated by a Gate Card. We take a $10.00 deposit on each card. The deposit is refunded when you turn the card in as you depart. Your campground pass must be hung from your rear view mirror and be easily visible in order to enter through the front gate.

Free and Clean Showers and Restrooms are conveniently located throughout the Resort. Check the site map for locations.

We offer a propane filling service at our Propane Filling Station located up front near the Resort entrance.

Our on-site Laundromat is open all season for your convenience with token-operated washers and dryers. Tokens are purchased in the Maple Park General Store.

NEW BIG RIG SITES! We are Massachusetts' newest KOA and strive to be the best. Come camp with us on one of our new BIG RIG full hookup pull-through sites, located in the front of the campground near the 2 swimming pools, basketball court, playground and the KAMP K9 off-leash dog park. We've also added 20 more back in full hookup sites with angled driveways and plenty of grass. We also offer wooded sites for all size trailers, pop ups, or tents.

No camping equipment? We have comfortable Deluxe Cabins for you, or as a great alternative to a motel room when visiting western Massachusetts. The Northampton Springfield, MA area offers plenty to do and see. Six Flags New England and the Basketball Hall of Fame are located about 30 minutes away. We are near UMASS Amherst, Smith College, Hampshire College, Mount Holyoke and Amherst College. Downtown Northampton features a unique blend of independent retail shops, eclectic restaurants and cafes, many art galleries, museums, clubs, and theaters. Also, a self-guided tour book offers six distinct walking tours of the City. The Pioneer Valley is also home to The Big E, Eastern States Exposition, Yankee Candle Flagship Store, Dr Suess Museum, Great Hiking and Biking Trails, and much more. You can also choose to just stay at our GREAT KOA. We offer all the amenities you expect like swimming pools, planned activities, and a whole lot more, or just relax and enjoy all that nature has to offer.
