Sicamous KOA
3250 Oxbow Road, Trans Canada Hwy 1 - PO Box 310  Sicamous, British Columbia
3 CampedThere Reviews

En route to or from the snowcapped mountains of Glacier and Banff national parks, the Sicamous KOA makes an ideal stopover. Its quiet wilderness setting is just off Trans-Canada Highway 1, minutes from the deep blue waters and beaches of Shuswap and Mara lakes. Sicamous rightly calls itself the "Houseboat Capital of Canada," but that's not the only nautical way to enjoy the lakes. Take a stern-wheeler tour on Shuswap Lake past ancient petroglyphs. Spot hidden streams and waterfalls glinting with sunlight among dark green trees. Then head back for a float in KOA's pool. Pancake breakfasts, movies, fireworks (if prohibited), and nature walks are regular events in the summer. Camping Cabin rates include both one- and two-room Kabins.Téléchargez un document .pdf contenant les informations de base sur ce terrain de camping. en français.

Victoria West KOA
230 Trans Canada Highway  Malahat, British Columbia
5 CampedThere Reviews

Stunning natural beauty mingles with more than a hint of British Colonial days in Victoria, British Columbia's sophisticated capital on Vancouver Island. The Victoria West KOA captures the beauty and charm with its forested mountain setting off scenic Malahat Drive. Breathe in the sweet scent of fir and cedar trees and listen to the birds. Then drive about 20 minutes into town for high tea. The ornate Parliament buildings, red double-decker buses and pubs all reflect Victoria's British heritage, but the overall island spirit is decidedly Pacific Northwest. Play golf and hike trails overlooking the Strait of Juan de Fuca. Admire the lush blossoms and landscaping at famed Butchart Gardens, where fireworks light the sky on summer Saturdays. Your KOA hosts can arrange whale-watching and fishing excursions.
